As you know, these sessions offer the opportunity to share outstanding work and innovations, and chances to connect directly with fellow volunteers and share best practices. All volunteers doing engagement work for Dartmouth and Alumni Relations, including class, club, and group leaders, Dartmouth College Fund volunteers, and District Enrollment Directors are invited to join all programming.

Class President's Association Annual Meeting
Thursday, Oct. 1 at 4 p.m. ET
A focused opportunity for Class Presidents and Vice Presidents to connect, learn, and collaborate with peers. Together, we will share successful strategies, troubleshoot common issues, such as recruiting volunteers and effective communication, and hear updates directly from College and alumni leadership. This gathering is designed to strengthen our network, foster meaningful discussion, and provide actionable ideas to enhance the sense of community among longtime and newer class leaders.

DED Training
Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 12 p.m. ET
Welcome to a new admissions season, DEDs! District Enrollment Directors are essential to Dartmouth's alumni interviewing program — recruiting volunteers, managing local alumni interviews, helping with admissions yield, and being the face of Dartmouth in your community. In this DED training, we will cover the logistics to get you started: accessing the Alumni Portal in Slate, reviewing training and program materials, and what to expect this season. Let's dive in! This session is open to all DED volunteers.

Tax Session for Treasurers
Friday, Oct. 9 at 12 p.m. ET
Our Dartmouth 501(c)(3) organizations are required to file yearly tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Presented by Dartmouth Alumni Relations and led by Tax Manager Alyssa Beneventi, this session includes instructions on how to complete 990 annual filings and other tips.
