This year, the Alumni Relations team will be offering VOX sessions throughout the year. We hope you will attend as many as you can!

As you know, these sessions offer you the opportunity to share outstanding work and innovations, and chances to connect directly with fellow volunteers and share best practices. All volunteers doing engagement work for Dartmouth and Alumni Relations – Class, Club, and Group leaders, Dartmouth College Fund volunteers, and District Enrollment Directors are invited to join all the programming.

Join fellow Mini Reunion Chairs together to share ideas, update best practices, and lean into effectively using digital tools and AI to help plan and organize mini-reunions in 2026 and beyond. We hope to see a strong turnout from all of our classes as these conversations benefit from a range of perspectives. Feel free to submit questions or topics you'd like to see covered in the session

From Antarctica to Anywhere: The Power of Class Travel
Thursday, May 28, 3 p.m.

Class trips are emerging as a meaningful way for Dartmouth classmates to reconnect, explore the world together, and strengthen class bonds. In this session, we’ll discuss how class officers can partner with Dartmouth Alumni Travel to organize memorable travel experiences for their classmates—drawing on recent examples, including the Class of ’78 journey to Antarctica. Robin Albing, Director of Alumni Travel and Candice Day, Assistant Director of Alumni Experiences will be on hand to answer questions.
