Lis Smith '05 is a Democratic strategist and communications expert with experience on more than 20 political campaigns nationwide, from local races to the presidential level. She is the author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Any Given Tuesday.

Sam Stein '04

Sam Stein '04 is managing editor for The Bulwark. Prior to then he was deputy Managing Editor for Politics at Politico. He held similar posts at both The Daily Beast and HuffPost, where he founded the site's capital bureau. He has been a longtime contributor on MSNBC. 

Stein is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he met his wife! They now live in Washington, D.C. with two young sons, both of whom they would love to see getting Saturday morning omelets from Collis in the future.
