The online Reunion Planning Guide (RPG) is an invaluable resource for all things Reunion, including sample budgets, attendance archives, and other planning templates. Please continue your review of the RPG and bring your questions to your Class Activities Liaison.
If you haven't already, be in touch with the 2018 Reunion chairs. Your Class Activities Liaison can connect you. You may also receive a copy of the prior Reunion class's finalized budget to assist with your planning.
Continue to recruit volunteers and build your committees. Your Class Activities Liaison can assist with contact information and strategies for finding helpers from all corners of your class. Be sure to review committee responsibilities.
- Continue executing your communications, marketing and participation plan.
- Refer to College communications plan and class mailings timeline.
- Utilize your class website, social media, phone trees, teaser mailers, email, and other fun ways to promote your Reunion.
- Consider developing a fun hashtag and begin using it when promoting Reunion.
- Develop your Reunion logo and theme. Ask your Class Activities liaison for ideas or guidance in this area.
Continue to solicit input and ideas for class-planned panels, and presentations. Many classes use surveys to help guide their planning. The Reunion Planning Guide and your Class Activities liaison can offer many great suggestions and ideas.
