The Reunion Treasurer will work closely with the College, the Reunion Chair(s), and the Class Treasurer to create and stick to a Reunion budget that is fiscally responsible while still allowing for a wonderful Reunion. If you haven’t already, be sure to read through the Timeline and Committee Responsibilities to get an overview of your role and deadlines as you begin working on the budget.

Below, you will find a variety of templates and price lists to help you create and stick to a budget. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

College Price List

This is a list of all charges that classes incur from the College during Reunion, including fees for the Reunion infrastructure, kids’ programs, student associates, communications, and transportation. Treasurers should plan to build each item into their Reunion budget. Final expenses will be calculated by total registrations and are due to the College in one payment on the first day of Reunion.

Student Associate Price List

These are the costs associated with your student associate team. Dartmouth student bartenders, drivers, and other student workers are an invaluable part of your team and will ensure that your class has the best Reunion experience possible.

Budget Templates

These are downloadable files to help you plan for your budget. You’ll find a master template in Excel that lists all the fixed and variable costs for Reunion, as well as sample budgets from prior classes, calculators, and invoice templates.

Please note that the College reviews its programming on an annual basis and reserves the right to modify programmatic offerings, fee schedules, and dates to accommodate changing class sizes, housing constraints, and fiduciary responsibilities.
