From the depths of Ngorongoro Crater to the sweeping Serengeti plains, from off-the-beaten-path Tarangire to the spice-scented shores of Zanzibar, our small group encounters the full spectrum of tranquil Tanzania’s riches: abundant wildlife, dramatic landscapes, and vibrant cultures.
Beginning in Arusha, beneath the shadow of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru, we embark on our journey with game drives in Arusha National Park, followed by close encounters with elephants and baobab-studded savannahs in Tarangire. We descend into the extraordinary Ngorongoro Crater, a self-contained ecosystem teeming with wildlife, before standing at the edge of history at Olduvai Gorge – the "Cradle of Mankind." The legendary Serengeti offers days of exhilarating safari drives across endless plains alive with lions, cheetahs, and the rhythm of the Great Migration. Finally, we trade the bush for the sea, exploring the winding alleys of Zanzibar’s UNESCO-listed Stone Town and its famed spice plantations, ending our adventure with ocean breezes and the rich cultural tapestry of the Swahili coast. It’s Africa as it was – and still is.
