Day 1: Depart for Prague, Czech Republic

• Depart from your gateway city for Prague (PRG), Czech Republic

Day 2: Prague

• Arrive in Prague and transfer to the Cosmopolitan Prague Hotel
• Enjoy a Welcome Reception with canapés and meet fellow travelers

Day 3: Prague

• Morning lecture on the Velvet Revolution
• Guided walking tour of Prague’s Old Town and Astronomical Clock
• Afternoon and evening at leisure

Day 4: Prague / Karlovy Vary or Český Krumlov / Embark Cruise

• Choose a guided tour of either Karlovy Vary spa town or medieval Český Krumlov
• Transfer to the MS Elbe Princesse and enjoy a Welcome Reception and Dinner on board

Day 5: Štěchovice / Benešov

• Cruise past the Slapy Dam to Štěchovice
• Visit Konopiště Castle, former home of Archduke Franz Ferdinand
• Optional evening stroll through Štěchovice’s Bohemian village charm

Day 6: Prague

• Tour Prague Castle, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral
• Lunch inside the castle followed by a guided tour of the Jewish Quarter and Jewish Museum

Day 7: Kralupy / Nelahozeves / Mělník

• Visit Nelahozeves Castle and view the Lobkowicz family collections
• Tour the birthplace of composer Antonín Dvořák and enjoy a local wine tasting
• Evening stroll through Mělník’s historic square

Day 8: Dresden, Germany

• Day trip to Dresden with a panoramic city tour and walking tour of the Old Town
• Choose between visiting the Old Masters Gallery or Green Vault
• Return to the ship docked in Kralupy for dinner and entertainment

Day 9: Litoměřice / Prague

• Guided walking tour of Litoměřice’s Old Town and St. Stephen’s Cathedral
• Visit a local Czech brewery with a beer tasting
• Afternoon cruising back to Prague and Farewell Reception and Dinner

Day 10: Depart for U.S.

• Disembark in Prague and transfer to the airport for your return flight home
