Born in a Celebration of Coeducation
Dartmouth established The Grove in 2022, in recognition of the 50th anniversary of coeducation and women’s athletics at the university. Today, more than 1,000 women student-athletes participate in Dartmouth varsity and club sports.
What is The Grove
The Grove celebrates alumnae and faculty/staff who invest in the next generation of female athletes at Dartmouth College. Members share a commitment to advancing women’s athletics, from varsity competitors to club sport participants, and the group recognizes varsity and club sport alumnae who give $1,000 or more per fiscal year to a Friends group that supports female athletes.
