Important Information regarding Dartmouth's June Reunions

As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic started directly affecting our country, Dartmouth assembled a task force to help make decisions related to the institution's academic programs and related events. The task force worked with campus leadership, while following federal and local guidance, to determine the best course of action for our annual Reunion celebrations.

Though we will not be holding 2020 reunions on campus in June, we are working to develop a rich array of virtual reunion programming for classes to enjoy in lieu of our traditional in-person gatherings.

We plan to offer the opportunity for our 2020 reunion classes to return to Hanover in summer of 2021 to partake in all the signature reunion events on campus you've come to know and love.

The Offices of Class Activities and Conference and Events will be working closely with the current Reunion and class leadership on potential opportunities that may be possible in the summer of 2021.

Email Reunions.Advancement@Dartmouth.edu to request a Dartmouth Reunion cancellation statement letter. Registrants are responsible for the cancellation of hotels, flights and other travel arrangements.

Individuals who have registered for Reunion for themselves and any guests will receive a 100% refund for the registration fees. Due to the large volume of refunds that will be issued this process may take several weeks. Please monitor your credit card statement and if you do not see a credit issued by Paypal by April 27 contact Reunions.Advancement@Dartmouth.edu.

Class dues will not be refunded. These funds will be disbursed directly to the class bank accounts. Please contact your class treasurer if you have questions.

Communication will be sent directly to you in the weeks ahead regarding these contributions.

Families who have reserved on-campus housing for Reunions will automatically receive a 100% refund for their cancellations. Because of limited staffing, we ask for your patience while we process refunds. The Offices of Class Activities and Conferences and Events will be coordinating efforts with Class and Reunion leadership about future communication regarding your Reunion. There are many considerations that need to be addressed as we look to future dates for your class to assemble on campus, not the least of which is the path the COVID-19 pandemic will take. The College COVID-19 Task Force will continue to meet, and we will be looking to them for guidance on future steps to take.
