Each year, Dartmouth students are hired for Reunions and placed into teams of student associates. These teams are assigned to each class and the Class Reunion Committee works directly with its team to help facilitate the Reunion. Dartmouth student bartenders and student workers are an invaluable part of your team and will ensure that your class has the best Reunion experience possible.

Head and Assistant Bartenders

Student bartenders are hired by the College to staff the class Reunion gatherings where alcohol is being served. All bartenders are trained to serve alcohol according to New Hampshire state laws. Bartenders can be professional staff members at the College as well as students.

One head bartender will be assigned to each class. This person will serve as the main beverage contact, working directly with the Beverage Chair. The head bartender will work to ensure you have the proper bar set-up and supplies at each meal venue and your class tent as needed.

Please remember that the class is responsible for purchasing its own alcohol and bar supplies. Bartenders will set up the bar before each event, serve throughout the event, and tear down at the end of each shift.

Head and Assistant Workers

Student workers will be hired by the College to assist in the coordination and organization of Reunion-related events. The head and assistant workers are responsible for assisting in on-site Reunion registration, driving rented vehicles, checking event set-ups, coordinating with bartenders, running class errands, and other duties as assigned.

One head worker will be assigned to each class. This person will serve as the main contact, working directly with the Reunion Chair. The head worker will schedule and supervise the assistant workers.
