Entertainment Chairs oversee the choosing and booking of entertainment for between meals and during the evening activities. You have many options for entertainers, from student performance groups and professional musicians to casino nights and carnival rides. All outside entertainment should be booked directly with the entertainers or their company.

Venues and audio-visual equipment should be booked with the assistance of the Volunteer Engagement team. Dartmouth Audiovisual Services has most of the necessary equipment for entertainers such as bands and DJs. They will set up and tear down the equipment based on the time schedule provided by you, so be sure to get the band or DJ’s stage requirements and send this information to the College as early as possible.

Please note that all outside entities providing a product or service on College-owned property need to carry their own insurance. You can learn more by reviewing the College Insurance Requirements.

Student groups can be a wonderful way to connect with the next generation of Dartmouth alumni. There are dozens of student performance groups on campus, from chamber orchestras and dance troupes to theater companies and improv groups. You can learn more about each by visiting the Council on Student Organizations page. If you’d like to book a student group, please contact the group directly. Many leave before Reunions begin, so check to make sure that the students will be on campus when you are.
