Nancy Marion

Nancy Marion is the George J. Records 1956 Professor of Economics and Associate Dean of the Faculty for the Social Sciences at Dartmouth.  She has written and published on a variety of topics in macroeconomics and international finance, including financial crises, international reserve holdings, international risk sharing, policy volatility, and the transmission of disturbances across countries.  Her work has been published in leading scholarly journals and featured in the financial press. She is a consultant to the International Monetary Fund and has been a frequent lecturer at the IMF Institute.  She received her B.A. from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University.
