The meeting convened at 3:05 pm
1. David Spalding reported that Frank Gado has provided evidence that he closed out the bank account he established in the name of the Association of Alumni. He closed it by having a check in the amount of $1.00 written to himself for the remaining balance.
2. Ron Schram reopened the discussion on behalf of the subcommittee working on the guidelines for the election of officers of the Association and for amendments to the Association constitution. After discussion, the sense of the committee was that the guidelines should be amended to reflect the changes proposed by the subcommittee.
It was agreed that Ron would provide the committee with a final draft of the guidelines for approval at our next meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 4:05 pm.
