The Bound In Green book club meets to discuss books about people of extraordinary character and spirit—people like you. We'll meet again on Tuesday, September 18 at 7 p.m. at 4400 Nicklaus Court in Niwot (near Boulder), for a non-book retrospective study of the work of internationally renowned photographer James Nachtwey ’70. Nachtwey has photographed "the world’s most dangerous places” and won countless awards. A photographer for Time Magazine for thirty years, Nachtwey has chronicled world events with his camera—from Chechnya to Somalia and Afghanistan to Burma—including the opioid crisis here in the U.S.
Come with an image or aspect of Nachtwey's career you'd like to discuss, or just come and enjoy. Light hors d'oeuvres dinner provided. RSVP fine but not required. For more information, please contact Julie Kaewert at (720) 530-5651.
Bound In Green meets on the third Tuesday of odd-numbered months, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Location varies.
