The 2016 presidential election is now less than a year away. Campaigns are in full swing, but the nonstop news cycle often focuses on style rather than substance. Join fellow Dartmouth alumni and the Rockefeller Center’s Senior Lecturer in Public Policy Charlie Wheelan ’88 for a timely discussion of the policy issues that matter most in 2016. Learn to look past media hype to what the presidential candidates should be talking about during this election season.

The founder of the Centrist Project, Wheelan has spent time as a speechwriter, a correspondent for The Economist, and a Congressional candidate. His books include the best-selling Naked Statistics and Naked Economics, as well as the forthcoming Naked Money: A Revealing Look at What It Is and Why It Matters.

The afternoon will include a discussion via Skype with Judd Gregg, a New Hampshire Republican who served as a U.S. senator (1993–2011), governor of New Hampshire (1989–93), and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (1981–89).
