Inside the Cartier Collection with
Ralph Destino ’54

DENVER - Join fellow alumni as you explore the stunning jewelry, timepieces, and precious objects created between 1900 and 1975 by Cartier, one of the most exclusive luxury manufacturers in the world. Speaking to the Denver Post, museum director Christoph Heinrich described the exhibition as “75 years of jewelry and a sort of time travel, with key historical moments when you see the emergence of American wealth at the same time as that of the European aristocracy.” Reflecting Cartier’s celebrated status among royalty and Hollywood celebrities, the exhibit includes pieces owned by Elizabeth Taylor and the Duchess of Windsor.
