The Joint Ad Hoc Committee on Alumni Governance and Trustee Nominations was established by resolution of the Alumni Council and agreement of the Association of Alumni. Ten alumni were appointed to study and make recommendations regarding (1) the relationship between the 94-member Alumni Council and the 60,000-member Association of Alumni and (2) the way Dartmouth alumni nominate and elect alumni trustees of Dartmouth College.
