Thousands of Dartmouth students, family, alumni, and friends gathered on Friday, October 29, for Dartmouth Night. In the frosty air, they met at tents at Alumni Gym and Blunt Alumni Center, class mini-reunions around campus and town, the Black Alumni of Dartmouth Association Reunion, and a networking event, and they paraded merrily through the streets of Hanover to the Green for the lighting of the annual bonfire. The Class of 2014 ran laps around the fire, honoring a Dartmouth tradition that dates to the 1890s and, with every step, ensuring it lives on. The next day, everyone woke to gather again for Homecoming fun at Big Green games, tailgates, Alumni Continuing Education lectures, and more events. Enjoy the slideshows!
