What do you envision for yourself in 2018? Kick off the New Year with this thought-provoking mini-workshop, led by Executive Coach Paula McLeod '78! Paula will share tools for charting your path by gaining clarity, finding confidence, realizing competence, and leveraging connection. A light dinner will be served, and as always, guests are welcome. Tickets are $40 per person.

Paula McLeod '78 chose Dartmouth because of its beauty, and because she could be in the third class of women.  After graduating in 1978 with a self-designed major in Latin American studies (“I liked that it allowed me to approach a subject from the vantage point of several different disciplines—History, Literature, Sociology, Geography”) she went to work in advertising.  The desire to keep things interesting led her to live in Asia for 11 years; her two children were born in Singapore.  Her work life moved into marketing, training, consulting, and even a stint developing books for National Geographic.  Throughout she has been a communicator, facilitator, and keenly aware of women’s place in the world.  Five years ago Paula became an Executive and Personal Development coach.  Through her company, Success by Design Coaching she delivers on her philosophy, “We spend too much of our lives at work to be unfulfilled and stressed.  My purpose is to help people find success—however they define it.”

This mini-workshop is a teaser for the invigorating and interactive weekend-long 4C's Workshop hosted by Dartmouth that will take place in downtown Chicago April 20-22, 2018! Women from across the country will gather here for this event led by Dartmouth and Tuck alumnae who are professional speakers and coaches. Mark your calendars and look for a more detailed invitation soon.
